Getting started
How long does setup take?
A day for most businesses. We load your products, your prices and your staff with you, and you start selling on it the same afternoon.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on an ordinary Android phone. If you have a tablet or a computer it will work there too, but nothing requires one.
What happens to the records already in my notebook?
Whatever you want. Most owners start fresh from the day they switch and keep the old books on the shelf. If you want your stock list and customer balances carried over, we will do that with you at setup.
Do my staff need training?
Recording a sale takes three taps and about five seconds. Most staff have it within an hour. Anything more involved, like closing out the day, we walk your supervisor through once.
Money and pricing
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of what you run, and the country you run it in. Tell us how many staff and locations you have, or how many students are enrolled, and we will give you a real number rather than a range.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Run it in one location for a month before you pay anything. If it has not shown you something you did not already know, do not continue.
What if I stop paying?
Your data stays yours. You can export everything for thirty days after the subscription ends, and we do not hold your records hostage to get you to renew.
Do you take mobile money?
That is on the way. At launch we accept bank transfer and card, and we are working on mobile money because that is how most of our customers actually pay for things.
Trust and safety
Can my staff see everything?
No. You decide what each person can open. A cashier sees the till. A supervisor sees their branch. Only you see the whole business.
Will it tell me if someone is stealing?
It will show you when the money and the stock do not agree. It does not accuse anyone and it does not name anyone, because sometimes the answer is a broken scale or an honest mistake. It shows you the number and leaves the judgement to you.
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
Nothing important lives on the phone. Sign in on another one and everything is there. You can also remove that phone's access yourself, immediately.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The shop keeps running. Sales record on the phone and sync as soon as the network is back. Nothing is lost and nobody has to wait.

A small team building a small number of things properly. We would rather make two systems that work for twenty years than twenty that work for two.
Are you going to disappear?
A fair question to ask anyone new. Your data is exportable from day one precisely so that your business never depends on the answer.
What else are you building?
Software is where we started because it is where the need is loudest and the wait is shortest. There is more coming, and the standard does not change with the product.
